Competitive contact and body checking are key parts of a fast and exhilarating game. Players who wish to play at the top of their game must understand how to give and receive checks safely. This clinic will focus on developing key skills including angling, positioning, technique, and awareness.

It is important that players of all ages learn the basics of angling and positioning so they are ready for more physical play as they enter age levels where checking is legal. Younger age levels are encouraged to attend these clinics to ensure they have a solid foundation of competitive contact skills that will prepare them for the next level.
