Stick & Puck provides unstructured practice time for hockey players of all skill levels. Youth sessions are for those under 18; adult sessions are for those 18 and older, and all-ages sessions are open to everyone. Sessions are on hour, and attendance is capped at 35 players.

Registration
- Advance online registration is highly recommended (use the buttons below).
- Registration opens 30 days before each session.
- Walk-in registrations are accepted only if space is available.
- Players must check in with staff upon arrival.

Rules
- Helmets and gloves are required. Other protective equipment is optional but recommended.
- Pucks are not provided. Players must bring their own or purchase one from the skate shop.
- No scrimmages, team practices, or behavior that interferes with other players
- Be aware of other players, especially when shooting or retrieving pucks.
- Do not shoot at a goalie whose back is turned or intentionally shoot at the glass.
- Players must enter ice from the players benches on the indoor rink. This allows us to keep the west-side doors closed to mitigate puck issues.
- Players with harder shots should use the south end to help prevent broken glass.
- Coaches may work with a maximum of two players and may not conduct organized drills or use cones or other training aids.
- Please follow age guidelines for sessions. Adults are not allowed on the ice during youth sessions.
- Players must follow our Facility Policies and Public Program Rules.
- All users participate at their own risk.
