Public Programs
The following refund policy and procedure applies to public skating, stick & puck, pick-up hockey, or advanced figure skating sessions.
Refund Policy
- Cancellations received at least two hours before the session will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations received less than two hours before the session and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 48 hours of the cancellation request.
Refund Requests
Email info@glaciericerink.com or call 406-728-0316 x 108 with the following information:
- Name(s) of participant(s) – spelling is helpful if leaving a voice message
- Phone number
- Program name
- Sesion date and time
For example:
John and Jane Smith at 406-555-5555, 6 pm Public Skate on December 1.
Hockey Programs
The following policies apply to youth and adult hockey programs offered by Glacier Ice Rink.
Refund Policy
- A full refund will be issued if the request is received before the program begins.
- A prorated refund will be issued if the request is received before the 3/4 point in the program.
- No refund will be issued after the 3/4 point in the program. Special situations may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Refunds are based on the date the request is received and do not include reimbursement for previously missed games.
- Players serving suspensions are not eligible for prorated refunds.
Youth Travel Hockey
Players who accept a roster spot on a travel team are committing to the full season. If a player declines their roster spot after team selection, no refund will be issued and the full registration fee remains due.
Tournaments
Tournament refunds are not guaranteed and are considered on a case-by-case basis by the Tournament Coordinator.
Refund Requests
- Refund requests must be emailed to hockey@glaciericerink.com (hockey programs) or catie@glaciericerink.com (tournaments).
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Account credits may be issued in certain situations. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
Late Registrations
Late registrations will be accepted for hockey programs if there is available space. The registration fee will be a prorated amount for the number of weeks remaining, based on the program cost, plus any late fees.
Payment Plans
- Payment plans are available for the winter hockey season only.
- Youth hockey payment plans require 1/3 down at the time of registration, with two additional payments in November and December. Fees must be paid in full by December 31.
- Adult hockey payment plans require a 1/3 payment at time of registration, with two additional payments in November and January.
Memberships and Donations
Membership payments and donations to Glacier Ice Rink are non-refundable. Donations are tax-deductible while memberships are not.
