To keep our youth hockey program affordable for families, we offer rental equipment for house and travel players at a cost of $100 per player. Equipment rental is FREE for all Learn to Play participants. All rental equipment is by appointment only and is scheduled through our scheduling software.
Rental appointments are handled by volunteers. Be respectful of their time and please contact your equipment volunteer if you cannot make your scheduled appointment time.
*New* Missoula Bruins Hockey Buy/Sell/Trade Facebook Group
We’ve heard feedback about parents wanting more gear swap options, so we have a parent volunteer who has created a Bruins Facebook group to assist with these needs. This private group (must request to join) is exclusively for Missoula Bruins Hockey families. It will provide a convenient, safe space to buy, sell, or trade new and gently used hockey equipment, along with other hockey-related items. Whether you’re looking to outfit a growing player or pass along gear no longer in use, this is the place to connect with other members of our hockey community. Members may also post ISO (In Search Of) items to help find gear they need.

- This group is not intended for sub/fill-in requests or lesson promotions.
- All transactions are strictly between buyers and sellers.
- Missoula Area Youth Hockey Association does not assume responsibility for any exchanges or outcomes. This space is simply a tool for our families to support one another in a safe, trustworthy environment. Please shop smart and stay safe.
- All gear must be picked up directly between buyer and seller.
- No equipment may be left at the rink front desk/skate shop.
