Learn to Skate USA
The Missoula Figure Skating Club (MFSC) teaches the Learn to Skate USA skating program which includes beginning skating, figure, hockey and adult-tailored classes. The Learn to Skate USA curriculum is jointly developed and endorsed by USA Hockey, US Figure Skating, and US Speed Skating.
Lessons include 30 minutes of instruction and 15-20 minutes of practice time each week, with a maximum student to instructor ratio of 10:1. Winter sessions include an end-of-session recital.
Skate rental is free for class participants and every participant receives one free pass to a public skating session.
Thursdays, 5:15 to 6 pm, August 31 – October 19 (8 weeks). Cost is $130.

Winter Session 1
Saturdays, 10 am or 10:35 am lessons, October 21 – December 16 (8 weeks – no class on 11/25). Cost is $130.
Register by October 7 to receive a $10 discount! Recital date: Sunday, December 17 “Holiday on Ice”
Winter Session 2
Saturdays, 10 am or 10:35 am lessons, January 20 – March 10, 2018 (8 weeks). Cost is $130.
Register by January 6 to receive a $10 discount! Recital date: March 11 “Spring Skating Spectacular”
Spring Session 1
Thursdays, 5:15-6 pm, April 5 – May 3 (5 weeks). Cost is $80.
Register by March 22 to receive a $10 discount!
Spring Session 2
Thursdays, 5:15-6 pm, May 10 – June 7 (5 weeks). Cost is $80.
Register by April 26 to receive a $10 discount!
How to Register
Download a registration form and return with payment to MFSC, PO Box 9195, Missoula MT 59807.
Register online through the Missoula Figure Skating Club’s website ($5 transaction fee applies). You must mail or email a registration form.
Fill out a form at Glacier Ice Rink and return with a check.
Bring a Friend to Skate/Registration Days

Please note: Before you register for any session, you must first become a member of Learn to Skate USA. Membership is $16 and is good for one year (July 1-June 30).
