Spring Dynamic Hockey Development Program
The Dynamic Hockey Development Program is a comprehensive training regimen designed for players of all ability levels. Dynamic development lead coaches Ted and Val Moody will lead on and off-ice sessions.
Mondays, April 13 – May 18 (six weeks)
4:30-5:30 pm on-ice, 5:45-6:15 pm off-ice
Open to birth years 2017-2013
Cost: $240 skaters, goalies $120
Spring Beginner & Intermediate 3v3
Weekly 3v3 half-ice games help players develop hockey sense and maximize puck touches. The beginner/intermediate program is for house players with less than 2 years of experience, or players who have recently graduated from Learn to Play Hockey.
Mondays, April 13 – May 18, 5:45-6:45 pm (six weeks)
Open to birth years 2018-2013 – players will be grouped based on age and ability
Cost: $156
Spring Advanced 3v3
Weekly 3v3 half-ice games help players develop hockey sense and maximize puck touches. The advanced program is for travel, house plus, or advanced house players looking for more challenge.

Open to birth years 2018-2013 – players will be grouped based on age and ability
Cost: $156 skaters, $78 goalies
Termite and Mite Spring Session
Wednesdays, March 18-May 20, 4:15-5:15 pm (9 weeks)
No sessions over MCPS Spring Break, April 6-10
Open to birth years 2022-2017 who have winter termite/mite house hockey experience, or Learn to Play participants who have a recommendation from the hockey director or Learn to Play coaches.
Players will build on skills they learned during the winter session and participate in a variety of drills and games aimed at improving forward and backward skating, stick handling, passing, and shooting.
Cost: $175.50
10U/12U Spring League (full ice)
Squirt and Peewee players can wind down from the winter season with weekly games on Wednesday evenings. Players will be assigned to one of four teams, with every effort made to balance teams as evenly as possible by ability. Ice times are listed below. Schedules will be released within 5 days of the first week of games.
Wednesdays, April 15-May 20, 5:30 pm or 6:45 pm game slots (6 weeks)
Open to 2017-2014 birth years who have winter travel or house hockey experience
Cost: $162 skater, $81 goalie
MAHA and Northern Plains Development Camp Prep Clinic
Tuesdays, March 24 – May 26, 6-7 am (nine weeks)
No sessions over MCPS Spring Break April 6-10
Open to birth years 2014+. Must have travel hockey experience.
Cost: $243, goalies $112.50
Spring Morning Skills 10U/12U
Thursdays, March 26 – May 28, 6-7 am (nine weeks)
No sessions over MCPS Spring Break, April 6-10
Open to birth years 2017, 2016, 2015, 2014, & 2013
Cost: $243 Goalies: $112.50
Bantam and High School Spring Hockey
Sundays, March 22 – May 17; 4:45, 6, and 7:15 pm start times (7 weeks)
No games April 5th and 12th (MCPS Spring Break)
Open to birth years 2013-2007
Bantam and high school players can wind down from the winter season with weekly games every Sunday evening. There is no checking allowed in the spring program, which allows younger players to improve their skills against more experienced players. Bench coaches are volunteers who will keep the focus on fun.

Players must register for programs based on their birth year. Please read the description for the program to determine which program they may register for. Some exceptions will be made but must be approved by the Youth Hockey Director.
Players will need a 2025-2026 or 2026-2027 USA Hockey number to register for spring programs.
