Stick & Puck Sessions

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, stick & puck sessions are one-hour in length and capped at 23 skaters and two goalies. Pre-registration and payment is required. Cost is $5 per player (goalies are free and do not need to preregister). Punch cards and season passes are not accepted at this time.

See the master schedule for session dates and times and register through our online registration page. You will need to make an account and check-in with staff when you arrive for your session. Online registration closes one hour prior to the session.

Masks are required in all off-areas of the building, but not required when skating. Due to facility capacity limitations, a minimal number of spectators is allowed. See our Phase 2 Policies for full details on our COVID-19 operations.

Stick and Puck is an opportunity for players to practice their skills during unstructured ice time. Youth sessions are for kids under 18; adult sessions are for those 18 and older, and all-ages sessions are open to everyone. Sessions are scheduled every week where ice time allows.

  • Helmets are required. Other protective equipment is optional but recommended.
  • Pucks are not provided. Please bring your own.
  • Be considerate of others on the ice. No shinny or pick-up games are allowed.
  • Please follow age guidelines for sessions. Adults are not allowed on the ice during youth sessions
